The Kiowa City Council opened their September meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and opening prayer. Mayor Bill Watson presided over the meeting with all members present: R.L. Simpson, Brian Hill, B.J. Duvall, Tom Wells and Jason Thayer. Also at the council table was City Clerk Trish Brewer and City Attorney Brandon Ritcha.
