Dilapidated property hearing postponed

Declaring a property dilapidated is a lengthy process of inspecting the premises, notifying the owner to remediate the problems, then notifying again if there’s no contact or progress on fixing the property issues. Eventually the owner is notified of a public hearing and a notice is also published in the paper.
