Every year, Burlington FFA holds a community service event for the town of Burlington called Service with a Splash. It is hosted to give back to the community, as the community helps fund many of the FFA chapter's projects.
The local Service with a Splash was held on Aug. 25 after school. For the activities this year, FFA members washed fire trucks, mowed and cleaned picnic tables at the park, cleared brush in a community member's garden, and swept the fire station.
