Alva woman charged with selling THC without proof of medical card

An Alva woman has been charged with a felony after she allegedly sold TCH infused joints to a confidential informant without first obtaining proof of an Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority card.

Jessica Marie Smith-Dunn, 27, of Alva, is charged with distribution of CDS (controlled dangerous substance) not in the course of legitimate business. This felony is punishable by imprisonment for up to 20 years and/or by a fine of not more than $250,000.
