On Tuesday night, members of the Avard Regional Rail Park Authority held their monthly meeting. Members Stan Bixler, Ed Sutter and Todd Holder were joined by Woods County Economic Development Committee director Neal Williams and Woods County Commissioner Randy McMurphy in the conference room while board member Bob Firth joined via video. Former WCEDC director Sonja Williams also joined by video. (Allan Poe was unable to attend.)
