Washington Elementary is very proud to announce that Krista Starbuck was recently named one of 12 finalists for the Oklahoma State Teacher of the Year. She currently holds the position of Title I teacher at Washington Elementary and Title I director for the district. To those who know Starbuck, it is not a surprise that she was named a finalist.
