Homecoming is an exciting time of the year for students at Burlington. Students enjoy dressing up for Spirit Week and attending the basketball game on Friday night, followed by a dance.
Homecoming week was celebrated Nov. 16–20. The basketball homecoming queen will be crowned at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, after the high school junior varsity boys' game and before the high school varsity boys' game.
Homecoming queen candidates spend most of the week preparing for the crowning. The candidates and queen are selected by the student body.
Kindergarteners Jase Downing and Stella German will be the crown bearer and flower girl at the Burlington homecoming coronation.
