Dustyn Murphey is visibly nervous as she sits down for a video discussion of her photography. She's much more comfortable behind a camera lens than in front of it. Murphey was among the artists present for the December First Friday Art Walk at Graceful Arts Gallery in Alva.

Murphey, who lives in Alva, said she was always interested in art and was always taking pictures. "In high school, I was always in art class," she said.
