Norma Marie Naugle, daughter of the late Emil Charles and Phyllis M. (Heffron) Hamen, was born March 22, 1942, on the family farm near Cleo Springs and passed away December 3, 2020, at Enid at the age of 78 years, 8 months and 11 days.
