A Cherokee man is facing charges after he was seen going on a hunting trip with others.
Court records show on Nov. 22 at 5:51 a.m., Oklahoma Game Warden Supervisor Ben Bickerstaff received a text message from a concerned citizen. The text message asked for a call back when he was working. Bickerstaff returned the call at 6:50 a.m. The citizen reported seeing Matt Roberts at the Jiffy Trip in Cherokee leaving with a man in camouflage.
