Tuesday was a day full of meetings for Woods County Economic Development Committee Director Neal Williams, starting at 8 a.m. with the county's industrial development authority. Williams had many updates to give to the authority (comprised of Chairman Rick Cunningham, Stan Kline and Connor Martin).
