Carroll Wayne Bliss, age 74, of Perry, Oklahoma, passed away December 9, 2020, at Valir Rehab in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Trout Funeral Home of Perry has been entrusted with his care.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel, with Brian Friend officiating.
