The Town of Freedom has awarded the south portion of its gas line project, to be funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), to Bearclaw Services of Woodward, whose bid was by far the lowest.

All trustees were present at the meeting: Mayor Shad Brackin, Rolando Galindo, and Concha Herrera. Also present in the office was Freedom Town Clerk and Treasurer Cindy Reed; present via Zoom were Jennifer Firgard, the town's consultant on the grant process for the gas line project, and, for part of the meeting, Jason Brimley of Brimley Engineering, who helped evaluate the bids.
