According to the affidavits and petitions on file, the following individuals have been charged. An individual is innocent of any charges listed below until proven guilty in a court of law. All information is a matter of public record and may be obtained by anyone during regular hours at the Alfalfa County Courthouse. Justin Dell Baker, Cherokee, 22, has been charged with driving with license suspended ($442.75).

Traffic Filings

Wesley Dean Caudill, Collinsville, has been cited with operating vehicle on which all taxes due to state have not been paid ($249).

Sergio Humberto Villarreal-Chavez, Forney, Texas, has been cited with operating vehicle on which all taxes due to state have not been paid ($249).

Linsey R. Ervin, Lahoma, has been cited for failure to comply with compulsory insurance law ($269).

Niki Lee Ellgass, Sahuarita, Arizona, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($100).

Joon Tag Cho, Enid, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($100).

William Izor, Double Oak, Texas, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($100).

Micha Rose Dirksen, Enid, has been cited for speeding 1-10 mph over the speed limit ($100).

Francisco Cedra Esquivel, Del City, has been cited for speeding 11-14 mph over the speed limit ($264).
