The Alva Hospital Authority held a special meeting Monday noon, Dec. 22, to finalize the purchase of air cleaning equipment. Several trustees were unable to attend. Four were required for a quorum to hold the meeting, and that’s exactly how many were present. Attending the meeting were Chairman Jason Gaisford and trustees Dr. Bo Hannaford, Kim Baugh and Jay Randals. Also at the meeting were Share Medical CEO Kandice Allen, CFO Chris Lauderdale, CFO Assistant Steve Knox and Attorney Rick Cunningham.
