Oklahoma sees 2,631 coronavirus cases 13 deaths in two days

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma health authorities have reported more than 2,600 news cases of COVID-19 over the last two days as well as 13 more deaths from the disease caused by the novel coronavirus.

The Oklahoma State Department of Health said the new counts from Saturday and Sunday bring the state totals to 279,139 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 2,370 fatalities. There were 2,458 new cases Saturday and 173 cases Sunday, according to the department. The 13 new deaths were reported Sunday.
