A fifth death due to the coronavirus has been recorded for Woods County, according to the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) release Tuesday, Dec. 29. The death was a woman age 65 or older. The only zip code showing deaths in the county is Alva now with a total of five. OSDH reported 22 new deaths across the state Tuesday.

Tuesday’s report shows Oklahoma with 32,628 active cases of Covid. Oklahoma City leads in the total number of confirmed cases with Tulsa second. Enid is ranked seventh.
