Alva Covid-19 vaccination day set for ages 65 and over

The Woods County Health Department has announced a Covid-19 Vaccination Event to be held in Alva Tuesday, Jan. 5. Only those age 65 and over are eligible for vaccinations on this date. Appointments must be made by calling the health department at 580-327-3192.
Vaccinations will be given from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, at the Alva Recreation Complex fieldhouse located at 1887 Goldbug Blvd. in Alva. Entry to Goldbug Boulevard may be made from Harper Road directly north of the Woods County Fairgrounds or from Thunderbird Road in Alva.
