Burlington's basketball season ends, principals contracts discussed

It was a four-hour morning meeting for Burlington's Board of Education at their Feb. 15 regular monthly meeting.
The board met in executive session for a good deal of the meeting, but no action was taken upon return to open session. One topic of executive session was to discuss the re-employment of Tim Bart as (high school) principal and the re-employment of (elementary) principal Stan Pedersen with possible vote to be taken upon return to open session. None was taken.
Superintendent Dr. Stacey Croft said executive session was also to discuss certified personnel with no vote to be taken.
