Active Covid-19 cases decline in Oklahoma

The number of active Covid-19 cases continues to decline in northwest Oklahoma and across the state. According to the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) on Tuesday, Jan. 26, Oklahoma had 30,404 active cases, a decrease of nearly 6,000 from a week ago. The vaccination report shows the 242,329 prime (first) doses have been administered in the state and 35,822 people have completed the series receiving second doses for a total of 278,151 doses of vaccine administered.

According to the OSDH, Alfalfa County has 40 active cases, down from 71 last week, while Woods County has 49 as of Tuesday...
