Covid-19 case changes event calendar

Several events at Freedom Public Schools were canceled or postponed after a student tested positive for Covid-19. According to an announcement by the school, other students and staff were not in close contact with the student for several days before the positive test.
The Jan. 26 basketball games at Taloga were rescheduled to Monday, Feb. 1, with the junior high to begin play at 4 p.m.
In the Jan. 29 games vs Beaver, only the boys will play and that will start at 6:30 p.m.
Homecoming, which was originally scheduled for Jan. 22, now will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 2, when Freedom hosts DCLA. Seni...
