The Alva City Council will meet Tuesday, Feb. 16, instead of the usual Monday date. The meeting is set for Tuesday due to the President’s Day holiday on Monday. The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Alva Recreation Complex in a classroom.

After voting on the consent agenda, the council will hear reports from meetings held by other city boards and commissions. Those will be followed by reports from the mayor and the city business manager.

Time will be allowed for any remarks and inquiries by citizens present. Comments are limited to two minutes per speaker.
