12:43 p.m. – Report of dogs loose and being aggressive towards the mail carrier on south Oklahoma.

12:44 p.m. – Report of a vehicle that hit a pump at the Jiffy Trip.

6:56 p.m. – Caller advised his farm hand almost hit a person walking on OK-38. Caller was concerned the person would get hit or freeze.

9:50 p.m. – Caller advised someone had come into the Jiffy Trip that had been banned and got mad when they were told to leave.
