The Woods County Excise Board held a special meeting Friday, Feb. 19, after postponing from the regular date on Wednesday. Bob Seivert, Chris Olson and Joe Shirley were all present for the 8:30 a.m. meeting.

After approving the minutes of the January meeting, the board members approved the monthly appropriations. These include:
