Ladybugs fall to Chisholm

The Alva Ladybugs have struggled with the loss of players to injuries. In Thursday night's regional playoff game against Chisholm, Jaedyn Williams also stayed home with illness. After a 14-0 first quarter, the Ladybugs never caught up, losing 46-27 to the Lady Longhorns.

First Half

In the first quarter, Alva just couldn't get the shots to fall, And Chisholm pulled out to a 14-0 lead at the end of first quarter. Chisholm was also very aggressive on the boards, shutting out Alva from rebounding.

Chisholm was up to 20 points when Chloe Durkee managed a basket for Alva. The Ladybugs had two points...
