The 2020-2021 Alva FFA and 4-H Swine Show Team literally rocked the Woodward District Livestock Show on February 22. The team had twelve first-place ribbons, six second-place ribbons, four third-place ribbons, four fourth-place ribbons, and three fifth-place ribbons along with Reserve Champion Poland Barrow, Reserve Champion Berk Gilt, Champion Chester Barrow, Champion Duroc Barrow, Champion Crossbred Barrow, Champion Poland Gilt and to top it all Overall Reserve Grand Champion Barrow. Everyone did such an amazing job and we couldn't have done it without our great hog boss, Randy Nation.
