There’s a famous quote from Oklahoma’s most famous son, Will Rogers, who once said if you don’t like the weather in Oklahoma, wait a minute and it’ll change. That statement may be a slight exaggeration, but not by much. It’s amazing to think after we’ve just had several days of beautiful, sunny weather that just the week before, we were in the midst of a cold snap that made our state feel more like we were at the North Pole. It was a winter weather event that impacted Oklahoma and much of the nation, from our most northern states all the way down to Galveston.
