Ranger volleyball falls short in five set thriller against OBU

SHAWNEE, Okla. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State volleyball team fell to the No. 11 Bison of Oklahoma Baptist 2-3 after five sets (18-25, 25-18, 25-23, 14-25, 12-15).

"We went into the match knowing that it was going to be tough," said senior setter from Longview, Texas, Avery Osburg. "Even though the score says we lost, it was a big win as a team. We had a couple of players that had their first real starts and they truly stepped up. We took a huge step as a team and I'm super excited to see what's in store for the rest of the season."
