March 14, 2021

A Lahoma man died Friday when his semi rolled as he tried to make a turn. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Thomas Warren Graham, 55, of Lahoma, was traveling too fast for the turn and lost control. The 2001 International semi-truck he was driving rolled three-quarter times, coming to rest on the driver’s side. Graham was pinned in the semi until Fairview and Isabella Fire Departments extricated him with Hurst tools.

The fatal wreck occurred at 10:33 a.m. Friday at State Highway 8 and a county road located one mile south and one mile east of Isabella in Major County. The semi was southbound on the highway and attempted to turn left onto the county road.

Warren was pronounced dead at the scene of massive injuries from the collision. He was transported from the scene to Fairview Funeral Home.

Trooper Adam Post investigated, assisted by Troopers Kevin Edsall, Josh Byrd, Tanner Beckner and Jeff Steelman. Major County Sheriff’s Office and Major County EMS also assisted.
