The Woods County Excise Board met Wednesday morning in the county courthouse conference room. Board members present were Bob Seivert, Chris Olson and Joe Shirley. County Clerk Shelley Reed was also at the meeting.

After approving minutes of the Feb. 19 meeting, the board members approved the following monthly appropriations:

District #1 Highway Cash $113,595.93

District #2 Highway Cash $113,766.68

District #3 Highway Cash $113,683.72
