State Auditor's Office working on citizens' petition audit of City of Alva

It may be a while before the traffic signals at 4th and Oklahoma Boulevard are repaired, said City Business Manager Angelica Brady in her report to the Alva City Council Monday. Continuing moisture in the soil is causing the light controls to short circuit. When the light is reset, it immediately shorts out again.
