Kiowa's waterline replacement project to begin when Mother Nature allows

People living in Kiowa, Kansas, or those passing through have probably noticed organized, tall piles of bright blue pipe stacked in several places around town.

That is PBC (polyvinyl chloride) pipe that is going to replace Kiowa's antiquated water system that is estimated to be near 100 years old. The pipes range in diameter from one to ten inches. This will replace existing pipe that is said to be some cast iron, asbestos concrete, etc.
