OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The number of COVID-19 cases reported in Oklahoma will rise by about 1,300 on Wednesday after one laboratory's reports on positive tests in recent months were found to have gone uncounted, state epidemiologist Dr. Jared Taylor said.

The lab, which Taylor declined to identify, had thought it was properly reporting the cases. However, they weren't recorded in the system the state health department uses to track cases, Taylor said Tuesday.
