The Avard Regional Rail Park Authority voted to convene in an executive session again last Tuesday night. Stan Bixler, Ed Sutter, Todd Holder, Allan Poe, and Bob Firth (via telephone) were joined in that session by Woods County Economic Development Director Neal Williams and Woods County Commissioner Randy McMurphy.
