The Alva Tourism Commission has several requests for event funding on the agenda for Wednesday’s regular meeting. They will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the city council chambers of City Hall.

The Northwest Oklahoma Junior Rodeo Association is requesting $6,000 for a June event. Salt Fork June Jam, a music event, is asking for $3,000.

The Ala High School – NWOSU Shoot-Out is requesting $10,400. The 24th Annual NWOSU Football Golf Tournament is asking for $5,000.
