OHCE (Oklahoma Home and Community Education) members were present Monday as the Woods County Commissioners read and signed a proclamation for OHCE Week May 2-8. Attending were Paula McMurphy, Carol Erikson and Lisa Higgins along with Susan Holliday from the OSU Extension Office. Following the proclamation, each of the commissioners was presented with a loaf of homemade banana bread.
