Northwestern Oklahoma State University held its 122nd Spring Commencement Saturday morning on Ranger Field.
Although brisk wind challenged those wearing mortarboards, graduates and guests enjoyed sunny skies and warm temperatures for the 122nd Spring Commencement at Northwestern Oklahoma State University Saturday morning. The ceremony was held at Ranger Stadium with the electronic scoreboard displaying congratulations to the graduates above the stage.
NWOSU President Dr. Janet Cunningham welcomed everyone to the event. Cunningham said, "Maya Angelou once told a graduating class, 'I encourage you to live with life. Be courageous, adventurous. Give us a tomorrow, more than we deserve.'
