Members of the Avard Regional Rail Park Authority met up for their monthly meeting last Tuesday night. Present were Stan Bixler, Allan Poe, and Ed Sutter. Todd Holder connected via teleconference, but Bob Firth was unable to attend. Woods County Executive Development Committee Director Neal Williams, former WCEDC Director Sonja Williams, and County Clerk Shelley Reed were there, along with three representatives from Emblem Strategies. The latter three were there to discuss business with the board in an executive session that would occur later in the meeting.
