Howard “Lynn” Hargett, age 87, a long-time resident of Kiowa, Kansas, passed away on May 17, 2021, at the Kiowa District Hospital Manor after a long illness due to Parkinson’s Disease. He was born October 8, 1933, on the farm in Gray County, Kansas, to Howard L. Hargett and Hazel Ullom Hargett. He was the oldest of three siblings.
