Cherokee man charged in theft of pickup, tools

 


A Cherokee man has been charged in the burglary of a residence and the theft of a vehicle.

Court records show on April 30 at 11:54 a.m. Cherokee Police Chief Ryan O’Neil was contacted by Susan Conway who wanted to report a theft from her property on South Colorado Ave. Missing were two black and red Craftsman brand folding chairs; one Milwaukee brand table miter saw; two Milwaukee brand hand drills; and a set of keys for both a 2003 Dodge Ram pickup and a 2015 Toyota Camry.

Conway’s house had been searched by law enforcement on April 26 as part of an investigation into unrelated criminal viola...
