Funeral services for Tammi Renee Tuxhorn, 62, of Fairview, Oklahoma, were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 5, 2021, at the Fairview Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Ricky Chance officiating. Interment followed at Antioch Cemetery west of Fairview under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Fairview.
