“A friend of mine said he is willing to put up a lot of money to help clean up eyesore properties around Kiowa,” Jeff Bryan, local businessman said. Bryan said that person who wishes to remain anonymous, and hopefully some other residents who want to help beautify their town will join the City of Kiowa in this effort.
