Kiowa City Council talks water project, eyesore properties, liquor sales and more

Barber County Extension promotes economic development

 


Kiowa's City Council had a full agenda at their June 14 meeting with guest speakers and lots of new business items. As Mayor Bill Watson opened the meeting council and the audience rose to salute the flag. Then Councilmember R.L. Simpson gave a prayer.

Other councilmembers present were: B.J. Duvall, Brian Hill, Jason Thayer and Tom Wells. City Administrator Sam Demel, City Attorney Brandon Ritcha and City Clerk Kade Tucker also sat at the council table.
