The Alva planning commission will consider a zoning change request during their regular meeting Monday, June 28. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall.

After hearing the city inspector’s report, commission members will consider a request from Tom Streich to rezone property at 4 Choctaw from Residential RG8 to Commercial Neighborhood (CN) for the demolition of the existing structures and construction of a 30 x 40 foot steel building for a commercial shop.
