The annual Carmen 5th of July celebration will be held on Monday July 5th at the Carmen Park. The Carmen Park offers lots of room for families to social distance and have a great night of entertainment. Entrance is by donation.

The bloodmobile will accept blood donations from 3 to 9 p.m. If you wish to make an appointment please call the Enid Oklahoma Blood Institute at 580-233-9323.
