Independence Day falling on a Sunday this year allowed Alfalfa County employees to take Monday off, resulting in a Tuesday commissioner meeting. Marvin Woodall, Jay Hague and Mike Roach approved the previous meeting minutes, maintenance and operation warrants for payment, and blanket purchase orders. They approved appropriations and allocation of the alcohol beverage tax too.
