Paul and Tammy Duncan of Stillwater, Oklahoma, are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Mattie Jane Duncan, to Lane Porter Scarbrough, son of Dean and Cassandra Scarbrough of Alva, Oklahoma.
