As the Burlington Public School Board of Education met for their July meeting a new superintendent and new high school principal were in place. They are Superintendent Kevin Brown and High School Principal Gerrett Spears.

All five board members were present including President Terry Graham, Robert Hill, April Kisling, T.J. Rockenbach and Aaron Smith. Minutes Clerk Tracy Granados was also present. The only guest at the meeting was Shawn Hooker who is the new girls' basketball coach for the 2021-22 school year.

The group moved from the superintendent's office to the IETV room.
