Monday the Woods County commissioners took final action to close out the water tower painting project for Rural Water District 3 (RWD#3). David Hamil, Randy McMurphy and John Smiley were all present for the meeting along with County Clerk Shelley Reed.

With the approval of a water tower maintenance invoice for RWD#3, the REAP grant work was completed, and the county will be reimbursed through OEDA. The commissioners also approved and signed the affidavit for the REAP grant completion form.
