Stolen debit card charge filed against Alva woman

An Alva woman is charged with a felony for using her ex-boyfriend’s debit card information without his permission.
Kaitlyn Michelle Buckley, 26, of Alva, was charged Aug. 11 with taking or receiving a stolen credit or debit card, a felony. This crime is punishable by imprisonment for up to three years or up to $3,000 fine, or both.
Court records show on July 19 Josef States reported his ex-girlfriend of two months, Buckley, had taken his debit card information without his permission and made a two night reservation through Booking.com at the Ramada Inn in Enid.
